Betroubare besluitsteun maak die bewyse, aannames en onsekerhede agter 'n ontleding duidelik. Simulasies kan alternatiewe en moontlike gevolge vergelyk, maar hul waarde hang af van die kwaliteit van die data en van hoe die scenario's saamgestel is.
Bevoegde mense behou die finale gesag: hulle kan 'n verduideliking vra, beperkings ondersoek en uitsette verwerp. Vertroue kom uit naspeurbare beoordeling en verantwoordelike menslike toesig; hierdie bladsy maak geen ongegronde aanspraak op sertifisering of voldoening aan 'n standaard nie.
